[The young woman asking peers curiously into the Pokégear's camera; either unaware or ignoring the Zangoose and Seviper visible behind her, looking ready to tear each other apart. They're not QUITE fighting just yet, but it's clearly just a matter of time.]

I really would love to speak to whoever did this. There's just so many questions for them!

[And for whatever reason, that's what sets off the Pokémon behind Nui. The fight is sudden and loud, and pretty clearly in favor of the Zangoose.]

[The noise is enough to distract Nui... for about a second. She turns back to the camera with the same cheerful smile she started the broadcast with. In fact, it might actually be faintly wider.]

They're rather cute, aren't they? I could almost like it here.

[She glances behind her again as Garry mentions her Pokémon.]

Oh, they'll be fine. That boring little book thing said they're supposed to fight, right?

Yes, but... usually against your opponents and not one another. Ah, of course, I'm just assuming that they're both yours. Am I wrong...?

They were given to me in those weird little balls. I suppose that makes them mine.

Is there something wrong with them fighting? It seems like that would be much easier than going out and finding more of them.

Well, they should ideally be working as a team, shouldn't they? That way when you do start to travel or if something happens, then you won't be at a disadvantage because one of them is too hurt from infighting...

Ah, besides, other Pokemon aren't very hard to find at all, really. It wouldn't be much trouble.

Teamwork is so overrated.

[If her Pokemon need to work as a team or anything sappy like that to get something done, they're obviously doing something wrong.]

Besides, this way they'll establish their silly little dominance structure now, when it's even more unimportant than usual.

[Garry's tone is starting to slip from his usual gentle and concerned manner to something a bit more serious and disapproving.]

You can't rely on just one Pokemon your entire time here.

I'd just have to make sure they were the strongest monster around, right?

Considering there are many people with entire powerful teams of Pokemon, you wouldn't exactly be alone in that.

I can handle uneven numbers.

[If she could do it back home that means her Pokemon should be able to with no problem, right?]

And if not it would just be a matter of making sure the enemy couldn't use their full strength, right?

I think even at half strength, some of the people I've heard about here could beat you in a battle...
