[The feed begins with a quiet shot of an Espurr and Honedge... cuddling? That's probably the closest term for what's going on. The Espurr is staring straight into the camera as per usual, but it can be heard actually purring; rather loudly too.]
[This goes on for an almost uncomfortably long time before Nui speaks.]
Voyeux and L'Snippy Snip seem to be getting along well! That's good, they both unnerve the other Pokémon a bit, I think.
[Said without irony as the Honedge's sash tries to creep away. Regardless, Nui finally turns the camera to face herself, holding up a shiny new Hive Badge.]
I decided to face the gym leader while I was here. She certainly didn't present much of a challenge.
[Which is something of a lie, but like hell she'd actually admit to anything less than a complete sweep.]
Are the rest of them more skilled, or are they all this much talk?
[Not long after her initial broadcast, Nui sends out a short message to everyone in Team Rocket.]
Has anyone had any success actually using the swords as a sword? It gets VERY aggressive when I try, and that sash almost seems toxic on contact.

6/10/14 16:44 (UTC)It's a SWORD. That's what you're supposed to do with them.

8/10/14 09:58 (UTC)Re: [Rocket Frequency]
8/10/14 16:22 (UTC)[It has been so long since she's gotten to stab something, you have no idea.]
And I am SURE they can do an adequate job battling on their own, but that doesn't mean I couldn't do better!
[Rocket Frequency]
9/10/14 10:14 (UTC)Well don't come cryin' to me when it turns against ya.
Re: [Rocket Frequency]
9/10/14 19:34 (UTC)[Delivered with a particularly saccharine tone.]
[Rocket Frequency]
11/10/14 06:11 (UTC)Your loss, sister.
Re: [Rocket Frequency]
23/10/14 14:42 (UTC)[If she insults someone in a polite tone that means it's not really an insult, right?]
You're supposed to be some kind of expert at wrangling unruly monsters, then?

3/11/14 18:29 (UTC)[Video]
5/10/14 02:53 (UTC)…
…okay, that video is still going, yup.]
That is creepy as shit.
[That's really all he has to say here.]
Re: [Video]
6/10/14 16:58 (UTC)[First not wanting to commit arson, now this? You are a stick in the mud, sir.]
Two lonely monsters taking comfort in each other and you call it 'creepy'? For shame.
[As Nui speaks, the Honedge's sash continues its attempt at inching away from the Espurr.]
8/10/14 20:45 (UTC)[And he's seen his share of creepy stuff...and been creepy stuff, so he considers himself an authority on the subject.]
Besides, it looks like it's trying to run away. Even that sword probably finds the whole freakin' thing creepy..
Re: [Video]
23/10/14 15:27 (UTC)[Nui glances back over her shoulder at the two Pokémon. The Espurr still has its cuddly deathgrip on the Honedge.]
Oh, I'm sure she's just playing. And teammates should learn to get along anyway.
[She says it fairly matter-of-factly, like it's obvious and NOT kind of terrible in its implications.]
23/10/14 23:58 (UTC)Re: [Video]
3/11/14 18:31 (UTC)[Clearly the only issue here.]
And anyway these things are literally made to fight. Why shouldn't their play reflect that?
4/11/14 01:29 (UTC)[He doesn't even know where he's going with this.]
Horrible maiming!
[There. He found somewhere to go with it.]
Re: [Video]
7/11/14 16:03 (UTC)[Besides, if she understands it right, it means she'd be able to kill the same person more than once if she wanted.]
And these things are much harder to hurt than they look.
7/11/14 23:51 (UTC)[He's not going to specify which one he's talking about.]
People aren't though. I'd keep that thing away from them.
Re: [Video]
8/11/14 00:58 (UTC)[She's keeping up the usual sweetness and innocence routine, but it's possible she's pushing it just a tiny bit too far on that line.]
That would be horribly irresponsible of me.

8/11/14 04:04 (UTC)Re: [Video]
8/11/14 04:34 (UTC)[She's sticking to that for as long as she has to.]
And I'm a grown lady, I'm perfectly capable of attacking someone MYSELF if I need to.
[Which isn't to say that she WOULD, at least not here. Without her powers there's too much risk of getting stabbed in return.]
8/11/14 07:24 (UTC)[He can't really picture it. Which doesn't mean it's not possible, it's just his brain won't create the right mental image here.]
[rocket video]
7/10/14 04:39 (UTC)I've tried holding mine with similar results. With a little training and discipline, I don't see why it won't yield eventually though.
[If you know what he means...]
Re: [rocket video]
8/10/14 16:35 (UTC)Oh foo, that's what I was afraid of.
[She CAN put in that kind of effort, but she'd rather not do so when it's her arm that's getting nommed on in the process.]
You'd think they'd be more used to it, looking like that.
[rocket video]
9/10/14 04:24 (UTC)[This is assuming they were even created...but they're just possessed swords, right? ...Right?]
I'm impressed they even exist. This world has quite the aversion of bladed weapons. These are the first actual swords I've seen since I arrived.
Re: [rocket video]
23/10/14 15:45 (UTC)[She'd sort of despaired of finding anything more effective than a pair of scissors here. Not that she couldn't do quite a lot of damage that way if she needed to, but it wasn't quite the same as something actually MADE for fighting.]
Maybe even nature knows how stupid this place's little 'no weapons' rule really is.
